Wisdom: Age vs. Experience
Wisdom does not come from age. Instead, it comes from experiences, which can be obtained through age, but are not necessarily given because of age.
God gives us our experiences. He knows the path we are going to take.
Never ignore someone's teachings. They may be from God. If they are not, then give them your wisdom and help them grow spiritually by giving them wisdom from God.Age means nothing to God. So why does age mean so much to man?
Do you think wisdom comes from age or from experience? If wisdom truly comes from experience, can young people also be wise? When have you encountered someone who was surprisingly wise?

Looking in my daughter's eyes when she was a baby I could see a deep wisdom there. She's now 14 and she carries that wisdom with her where ever she goes. So I think that wisdom is a gift from God...we're even encouraged to ask for it (James 1:5). I also agree with you that we can gain it through experiences and age.
Thanks for this!
I don't see how it couldn't be that more wisdom comes with age. I think there are very young wise, but the're not the norm.
