The Battle Raging Around Us is Real
By Amy at Make Me a MaryI wrote that post on healing, and wouldn’t you know the next morning I woke up sick as a dog with one of the worst migraines of my life.
Sometimes my headaches are spiritual. Sometimes those miracle drugs just don’t work.
When we talk about the way God moves and when our stories prove He’s real, the enemy doesn’t like it one bit.
The way he hates us is real. The battle raging around us is real.
So yesterday morning as I lay there holding my pounding head, I found it hard to pray because all I had the strength to do was just be sick. But I’ve learned when prayers won’t come, you can still speak His name.
Jesus ….
Then I felt the Spirit cover me and pictured the battle raging—and I sensed my enemy going down.
And my headache faded—not gone for good for a few hours yet, but so much better and at least I could function.
The power in that Name? It’s as real as it gets.

THANK YOU JESUS!
For making this woman's headache go away.
Now how about turning Your attention towards the famine in Somalia?
I know those headaches ,I should have prayed more for you yesterday, instead oh whining.
I live in jamestown ny ,a spiritual revival hub from the 1850s to the early 50s.A place called Chautauqua Institution was birthed,a revival camp that all the pioneers built. All the renowned revivalists were here also.
Years later the devil right across the lake, built a small town dedicated to spiritualism. It is now the worlds largest spiritualist center, all the higher ups come from around the world. It is called Lilly Dale.
Google both these places they are remarkable.
I found that those afflicted with headaches are seers. The headache behind is to steal your vision.
I have stories of spiritual warfare that people wouldnt believe.I have a feeling you would.Safety over your family, this time I will pray more.
Find a good post under Reflexology. Last week's migraine lasted 3 days, until my husband did some research online and was able to help me. I'm not discounting the evil one. Do we realize he is mentioned a mere 17 times in the Bible? I cannot count the number of times God is mentioned. We give him a lot of credit and power, many times when it isn't necessary. I believe God gives us many tools to deal with daily problems and pain, and along with studying ways he has given us to deal with pain, meditating on these things and on beauty can help strengthen our prayers for help.
