Grains of Sand Magnified to 250x
I just find it fascinating that every single piece of sand to the human eye looks so simple and same. But zoom in with a, I imagine, very expensive macro lens--and you see all this variety, and different colors. Something that is so mundane, under a microscope we see what it truly is. A kaleidoscope of colors and shapes, I never would have expected it! It's like we have been flying in a plane our whole lives looking down on humans, and finally realizing that we truly are more than ants walking on the surface of the earth.
"And God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so."God called the dry land Earth, and the waters that were gathered together he called Seas. And God saw that it was good." Genesis 1:9-10 (English Standard Version)
Do you think if God can observe such beauty in such small things that He is capable of observing us in our comings and goings? Do you think we are carefully and wonderfully crafted by God's hands, if small things like these are carefully and wonderfully crafted?

They kind of look like seashells, I think. That is cool.
That's really impressive. Thanks for the post :)
Great post, I didn't know grains of sand looked so different from each other, almost like snowflakes.
That is amazing. :)
That is beautiful and astounding. Thank you for sharing.
Of course He is capable of observing us, and He crafted us with such intricacy, if not more. The grains of sand are beautiful. Don't forget about the forest when you focus on the trees. If you believe God crafted the grains of sand, remember He also crafted the cosmos. Scale means nothing to an infinite being.
