The LORD is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
-- Psalm 145:18
As this week nears its end, we here at Revelife like to take a moment to pray for our community. We believe that Christians in community should pray with one another -- not only to encourage our community to grow closer to one another, but also to allow for us to grow closer to God. If you've had a rough week, are struggling, facing pain or illness, or just need some hope, we want to pray for you. Please let us know how we can pray for you by leaving a comment on this post. If you'd prefer to leave a prayer request in private,
send us a message and we will pass your prayer request on anonymously to our prayer team.
How can we pray for you?

Not for me, but for @maskedwriter, who has been going through ordeal after ordeal and could use the support. Thank you!
Love peace and unity. Hope healing and comfort. Thank you!
I would like prayer that I would be able to find a full-time job that I enjoy. I have 2 part-time jobs at our local library, one as a Page and one as a Page Tech for the Bookmobile staff. I enjoy being a Page, but a Page Tech not as much. I really need just one job that is full-time, and that I'm good at, so I enjoy it! Thank you and God bless!!
I would like prayer for the safe arrival of my son. My husband and I are due in 2 weeks with our first child and we're praying for a safe labor and delivery! Thank you <3
I pray we all pray for Hell to end. That our father in Heavens joy of the unity of us all as one with him happens.
If he who made the Heavens and Earth made the crooked snake and we all pray for him to "unmake" it all the while promoting unconditional love for even the ones the Bible calls our enemies, then maybe, just maybe he will.
How much time away from our father in Heaven would seem like forever for those there? Let us pray.
May God bless you for this.
Please pray that God will mold in me the heart that He wants me to have. I struggle with this.
@AngelAsh_86@xanga - You got it!
@Tallman@xanga - Thank you so much! =)
This is great. My prayer request is that I will be able to serve God through my photography and videos, and make a positive impact in the world. Thank you.
Pray that I find a job soon, I think I might have something lined up but I'll find out come Wednesday. I quit my job about 5 weeks ago, I stepped out on faith and not stupidity, with the intent that with looking and applying and praying I could find a job that works with people. This might be it, God willing it is!
Pray for Yusef, a guy I met at the local mosque the other day, his little daughter of 5 months is hooked up to feeding tubes and the like :( It was heartbreaking to hear him speak about her and see the photos of her on his cellphone.
Prayers solve nothing
@xmzchoix@xanga - sometimes, there's nothing else you can do but pray. i have seen prayer work. whatever. i think im seeing someone here who's trying to instigate an argument by posting a point opposing the article purposefully for attention. (aka...girl you trollin'!)
i had surgery on my knee a month ago and it has been a very slow recovery (as in i'm practically immobile.) thankfully, PT helps with that, but being stuck inside one place and having to rely on everyone's help and not going out for reasons other than going to PT or something like that can make one become impatient. pray for peace and patience.
also, my grandpa passed away a few months ago from cancer. (he was a marine and his birthday was on july 4...God bless him; i miss him so much.) well, my grandma (his wife) had cancer 3 years ago and we just found out that it has come back. pray that she can endure surgery and chemo and that God will give us strength as we are having to do everything in helping her that my grandpa would've done. (my dad's an only child.) i love her, but i'm afraid that she will not fight because my grandpa is in heaven and she badly wants to be with him. i love her so much and i know that my dad and my family want her to heal and be around for a while longer. God, please don't take away my other grandparent so soon!
man, i hate cancer.
i also teach 5-day bible clubs for kids. pray that the children will be open to the Gospel and that God would speak through us.
i have to give praise to God, though, for all that he has blessed me. my knee is fixed, i have awesome family and friends, and they found the cancer early enough. praise God that my grandpa served his country and that he is in heaven now. praise God for all his blessings.
