Hello, readers! Ever wonder what makes Revelife tick -- what gets your posts from the submission page to the front page? That work isn't done by little hamsters on a wheel; it's actually done by a group of dedicated, beloved editorial interns!
The Revelife internship program is a great way to fine tune your writing skills, gain real-world experience in professional blogging and online media, and develop a working relationship with one of the top blogging networks in the world. What's more -- we're currently filling positions for the summer internship season!
To be considered for an editorial internship with Revelife, you must meet the following requirements:
- Prior blogging experience
- At least 15 hours of availability per week
- At least 3 months to commit
- Basic photo editing skills (recommended)
You need not be in a specific location to apply for a Revelife internship; we do all of our work remotely from home, so you can live just about anywhere with internet access to qualify for the internship program. College students in need of internship credit are strongly encouraged to apply!
While our internships are unpaid, you will be compensated through experience, portfolio expansion, references and other networking opportunities based on job performance. Internships can also lead to paid editor positions.
So have we said enough to entice you?
Send us a message with your email address and a link to your writing samples, and we'll contact you!

I'm applying! How much are you paying me!?
@ShimmerBodyCream@xanga - 12 million dollars a year! I would love to see you as intern...I would read it everyday.
Yes, that's a approval from the Llama...you're sure to get it now. ;)
that sounds great though no thanks.
What kind of writing sample is suitable? I mean, I'm an English/Sociology major so I have a bunch of essays and junk , but I'm thinking you want something blog-related.
@Jess - Great question! We accept pretty much anything as a writing sample, from a personal blog to an essay, but we're really looking for intern candidates to showcase their writing capabilities as well as their perception of what would make a good article for Revelife. With that in mind, we would recommend sending us something that you would publish if you were the editor of Revelife. If you have an essay that you think would be interesting to read and discuss on the front page, feel free to send it our way. Otherwise, consider writing something new specifically for Revelife. Thanks for your interest in the internship program! We hope to hear from you soon!
Wow!
Yes, I am applying. Where can I get the 12 millions per year?
