Have a question you want us to ask? Send it to us!Let's pretend you have a time machine! You have the opportunity to go back in time and change some of the events of history, potentially ridding the world of some of the evils in it today. For example, you could go back in time and tell Constantine to affix the Star of David -- rather than the Chi-Rho -- on his soldiers' shields at the Battle of the Milivian Bridge, an action which could have prevented antisemitism and the Holocaust before it even started. But would you do it?
Would you change history if you could?

That's a fascinating example. I don't think that would have been my first thought.
I can think of examples from my personal history that I would love to erase, but as for examples from world history? I'd have to think about it for a while.
No I wouldn't change history, because the change would probably make the world a worse place in some way.
Yes in a minute.
No! Absolutely not! I'd totally mess something up. I don't know what, I just know I'd really mess something up. Stuff like that just should not be messed with.
I think I'd go back to 36 BC (or thereabouts) and convince Mark Antony to put off his invasion of Parthia and enlist Sextus Pompey's help against Octavian. Antony would have been a much more fun first Roman emperor than Octavian/Augustus was. Alternatively? Warn Quinctilius Varus in AD 9 that Arminius is going to ambush him, and the Roman Empire would probably still be around today! (I love this sort of thing.)
I would go back in time and train some dinosaurs.. then come to present time and wreak havoc on the world. mwhahaha
Um, if the time machine has the "demo" or "trial" option then I would.... ahahaha
I'd stop Adam and Eve from eating that apple. Then there would be no sin and a perfect world.
Personally I think the example you gave is ridiculous.
I would send a real scholarly historian to follow Jesus around so we really knew what the eff was going on.
Or I would bring my camera and take pictures of certain events in the bible. For instance, When david bought a wife as property using foreskins as currency, I would love a snapshot of the exchange. What did David keep those foreskins in?????? If I had a time machine we would all know.
@DoctorDelusional@xanga - If we lived in the garden of Eden I'm afraid I would get to the apples as soon as I could.
Since this can never happen in real life, I don't even want to think about it.
wow i would change that ww2 would never happend and no holocausts would exist.
