Psalms 8:1-9 KJV <To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of David.> O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. (2) Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. (3) When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; (4) What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? (5) For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. (6) Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: (7) All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; (8) The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. (9) O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!
Isaiah 40:31
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not faint.
Matthew 6:25-27, 33-34
25"Therefore I tell you, do
not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your
body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the
body more important than clothes? 26Look
at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in
barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more
valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?... 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Joshua 1:9, my fave verse!
I have this on my phone. FOREVER
Deuteronomy 31:8 [NKJV]
And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.
Amen
Romans 8:37- No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
I have so many favorite verses in Scripture; however, one of my very fav. ones is Jer. 29:11;
It makes me feel special, which I know I am to God; He knows the plans He has for me, and, I will continually do what He wants me to do.

Romans 8:28
All things work for good for those who love the Lord.
Ephesians 5 (the entire chapter)
Isaiah 25:1
Psalms 9:2-3, 10-11
Luke 2:4-14
Isaiah 55:6-7
1 Thessalonians 5:16-24
Ephesians 5 is teaching me how to change my life to live for God. Isaiah 25:1 is a beautiful declaration of faith. Psalms 9:2-3, 10-11 are amazing verses of praise and trust in the Lord. Luke 2:4-14 is a gorgeous account of the birth of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 55:6-7 spoke to me and brought me close to God, despite my multitude of past sins. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-24 has also brought me closer to God, teaching me to always pray and thank God and to seek righteousness in every situation.
Joshua 1:9 and 1 Timothy 4:12
Matthew 11:28-30, and Isiah 9:6
Pretty much all of Psalm 84, but I'll just quote the first three verses:
1 How lovely is your dwelling place,
O LORD Almighty!
2 My soul yearns, even faints,
for the courts of the LORD;
my heart and my flesh cry out
for the living God.
3 Even the sparrow has found a home,
and the swallow a nest for herself,
where she may have her young—
a place near your altar,
O LORD Almighty, my King and my God.
Isaiah 41:10 - "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
He used it in all of 2008....as I had brain surgery, as I was so weak I couldn't go on, as I was confused and wanted to walk away.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do no let you hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid. John 14:27 NRSV
Sometimes the things of this world can bring us down. I know that has happened many times in my life. Guess I forget who is looking out for me.....and who I am to put my trust in. This verse says it clearly. It reminds me of who I am in Christ.
ROMANS 8:28
And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to
those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
