I find myself most attached to the songs that have meaning as well as memories for me.  Its one of those things that I couldnt tell you right now - but when I hear them they definitely speak to me. 

"In Christ Alone" by NewsBoys and "As the Deer" by Martin Nystrom." Yeah, both songs are typically found in a Christian teenage individual's worship songs playlist :]

Oh, get ready for a LOOOONG comment; God speaks to me through music a lot in my life...

i love "Light of the World," and "Breathe on Me" by Jennifer Knapp, "Take You Back," and "This Man" by Jeremy Camp, and "East to West," "While You Were Sleeping," and "Praise You in this Storm" by Casting Crowns. (well, actually i can relate to just about everything Casting Crowns does...) then there's "You are My King (Amazing Love)" by Newsboys, "Untitled Hymn (Come to Jesus)" by Chris Rice, and "Amazing Grace (My Chains are Gone," and "Your Grace is Enough" by Chris Tomlin. also, "Only Grace" by Matthew West, Third Day's "Cry out to Jesus," and "Grace Like Rain," and "This Fragile Breath" by Todd Agnew are all touching ones for me, as well. oh, and "By His Wounds" by Brian Littrell, Mac Powell, Mark Hall, Mark Harris, and Steven Curtis Chapman. which brings me to SCC's "Fingerprints of God."

then there are the hymns, such as "In Christ Alone," "Nothing But the Blood," "Come Thou Fount," "It Is Well," "Great is Thy Faithfulness," "Be Thou My Vision" and of course, "Amazing Grace." for those i like Ron Tolson, Fernando Ortega, Josh Groban, and traditonal church choir renditions.

and Christmas time always makes me think of "What Child is This," as sung by Josh Groban "Mary Did You Know?" (the Kenny Rogers version is my fave.), and more recently, "Christmas Makes Me Cry" by Mandisa.

then in April, it's "The Hammer," "Watch the Lamb," and "Thank You" by Ray Boltz (the last one because it was played at his funeral in April of '97 and it always makes me cry.)

so yeah.... that's a few of them at least. lol. God Bless!

There are a few songs that mean sooo much to me. One would be "Miracle" by Audio Adrenaline. I was listening to song while i was going to a really tough time and for just a few seconds, i felt that there was hope. And back then, a few seconds were like a lifetime. Audio Adrenaline may have been a rock band, but they could worship like nobody's business.

My Savior My God by Aaron Shust and Whispers by Skillet... both have great sentimental meaning for me...

I think each of the worship songs means something to me.  But I like the one called, "At The Cross."

That's what's on my mind now.

Right now I would have to say "From The Inside Out." That's really how I feel towards God right now so it holds a lot of value. But up there close, even though it's a secular song, is "No One" by Alicia Keys. I take it from a Christian perspective because she leaves it open to interpretation. Mine? No one can get in the way of the love I feel for God.

Mine would have to be "Voice of Truth" by Casting Crowns or "You Led Me" by BarlowGirl. "Voice of Truth" is kind of like my life song because it addresses probably my biggest struggle in my walk of faith. I have such a hard time trusting God with things, especially money, and when the things that I do have planned go totally wrong and it ends up not happening at all, then that's when I really begin to struggle because I ask, "God, why? Why me? You knew how bad I wanted this" and I have to turn to the Bible or play that song in my head to remember how I need to trust God with EVERYTHING that happens in my life.
