• Handy Tool 2

  I'm currently serving as a small group leader at my church. During a winter banquet for the leaders last year we were given goodie bags filled with various items including cookies, chocolate and other delectable treats. However, my favorite item in the goodie bag wasn't edible. It was a 2x3inch mini card case filled with Bible verses.

  

  The church staff personalized each card case for each small group leader with their picture and a verse. The cards include verses on topics like humility, prayer, generosity, patience, forgiveness, peace and fellowship. The card case is very light and fits in any of my purses unlike my Bible. I like to take the little cards out and read over the verses when I wait for the bus in the morning on the way to work. It's a great way to spend a little bit of your time reflecting on God's word. The cards are like my little nuggets of wisdom.
